Rutherford Primary School

This project involved the design and construction monitoring of a new 1200m2 Two-Storey Classroom Block at Rutherford Primary School. The building is founded on driven timber piles and uses structural steel portal frames in both directions to support a suspended concrete floor at Level 1 plus a lightweight structural steel roof.
