We provide structural design services using the latest and greatest software for new builds and alterations to existing structures.
Seismic Assessment & Upgrades
(ISA, IEP & DSA)
We provide initial structural assessments and initial evalution procedures (ISA, IEP) and detailed seismic assessments (DSA) and detailed seismic upgrades design services for existing structures.
Temporary Works Design
We provide specific design of high-risk temporary works for shoring and propping of retaining walls, precast panels and concrete flooring during construction.
Structural Peer Review
(PS2)
We provide structural design review and collaboratively work with other engineers to ensure their designs meet the NZ Building Code requirements.
Structural Investigation Services
We provide structural review and investigative services for new and existing structures and can provide expert advice for resolving structural defects requiring remediation.
Crane Base Design
We provide crane base designs for various crane types and sizes using steel and concrete piled or shallow foundations depending on site specific geotechnical conditions.
Construction Monitoring

We offer construction monitoring services for all project and building material types and sectors of the building industry.
Structural Concrete Scanning
We provide comprehensive non-destructive x-ray scanning services for new and existing structures to confirm reinforcing bar set out and concrete cover.

We provide seismic restraint design for building services, partitions and ceilings for retail, commercial and industrial buildings around NZ.
